We’re so glad you’re here. We understand that going to therapy can often come with a lot of questions, and we want to do everything we can to support and care for you along the way. Our space is designed with your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual safety in mind, and our providers and staff are here to make you feel seen and loved as they walk with you towards healing.
We hope you’ll come just as you are, because we’re eager to meet you right where you’re at.
Our Mission
At CityReach, we want to radically transform the city of Des Moines by providing a faithful, safe space for mental health services that empower individuals and families toward healing and positive change. We believe the best way to do this is by also being a center for ongoing education and support for our staff of mental health professionals as they care for this community.

Our team is made up of eager, supportive, and humble people who are knowledgeable and passionate about the work they do. Our Space
Our office is located at 5801 Franklin Avenue in Des Moines, on the corner of Franklin Avenue and Merle Hay Road. There is parking on Franklin Avenue as well as in our parking lot on the North side of the building.
