I received a Masters of Arts in Counseling from Covenant Seminary in Saint Louis, MO and today I am a temporary Licensed Mental Health Counselor under the supervision of Dr. David Kaptain. My passion lies in helping clients discern the delicate balance between dignity and depravity within themselves, fostering a deeper understanding and acceptance of their intrinsic worth. I am dedicated to guiding individuals and couples through their unique journeys of self-discovery and healing. Outside of the office, I live with my husband and our three lovely kids. I enjoy exploring the outdoors, gardening, quilting, listening to audiobooks while puzzling, cooking with my kiddos, doing Pilates and yoga, and sipping coffee in the morning with my husband while the house is still quiet.
