I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Counseling from Central Bible College in 2007 and I completed my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in 2011. After graduating, I worked in church and ministry roles for many years. In 2023, I became a temporary licensed mental health counselor under the supervision of Dr. David Kaptain. My clinical experience includes working with all ages and I am especially passionate about working with kids, teens, and families.

I would love to hear your story and partner with you to overcome challenges and reach your goals. Therapy can be a scary and vulnerable process. My goal is to create a safe space for you to feel heard, understood, and cared for. I believe in using a person-centered, solution-focused approach to collaborate with and help you discover your God-given strengths. Mental health is found when we take the time to care for ourselves holistically (physically, emotionally, relationally, and spiritually) and when we have the proper support systems in place to cheer us on in life. I would be honored to partner with you on your journey.

My husband and I have been married for 15 years and have three school-aged sons. We are a very active family and spend a lot of time doing many different sports, being outside as much as possible, and playing with our dogs- Emmy and Willow!
