I am a temporary-Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Drake University. My Bachelor’s Degrees are in Child, Adult, and Family Services and Psychology from Iowa State University. I recently completed my internship at CityReach and obtained my licensure as a Mental Health Counselor. My passion is in working with adults as they process and recover from traumatic experiences and relationships.

I am trained in person-centered therapy strategies, EMDR, ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy), and Gottman Couples Therapy. I use an attachment and trauma-informed lens, helping clients explore their unique journeys. My clinical areas of focus include EMDR, Adverse Childhood Experiences, Intergenerational Trauma, Trauma-Informed Care, and Anxiety and Mood Disorders.

I believe in the transformative power of therapy, providing a trusted space for growth, understanding, and acceptance. My personal faith in Jesus shapes how I meet my clients with compassion and hope. My goal is to empower individuals to navigate life's challenges and pursue their values. In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities, organic gardening, exercising, listening to books, and spending quality time with family and friends.
