I have a masters degree in clinical mental health counseling from Liberty University and a Bachelors of science in biology from Iowa State University. I am under supervision of Dr. David Kaptain. Hablo Español! I am bilingual in both Spanish and English. I draw from a wide variety of therapy modalities based upon the clients needs, along with christianity integration. For those interested in Christian integration, I’ve received certifications and knowledge in the area of Apologetics that will help orchestrate the meaning of life & spiritual struggles from a therapeutic approach.

I am passionate about working through codependency, low self esteem, spiritual issues, shame, trauma, anxiety/depression, and Narcissistic abuse. (Ages 18+). As a gal who grew up in a Mexican household, I am also passionate in understanding your multicultural background as family & cultural dynamics play a role into mental health! I utilize what I’ve learned on Narcissistic Abuse Treatment techniques from Dr. Ramani Durusvala’s program to work with survivors of narcissistic abuse and antagonistic relationships. I am trained for EMDR therapy, and am a certified SYMBIS facilitator for couples, which is best for pre-marriage but can be facilitated anytime. I believe therapy provides chain breaking abilities as we dig deep into root issues from a holistic view. My authentic self will be surrounded by you in which you may feel safe, heard, and cared for. Outside of therapy, I love to travel. I’m a food junkie by finding ways to try new foods, love spending time with my pets and family, and being physically active throughout the week.
